With climate talks in the works and more general awareness about environmental impacts, people want to work for businesses that do the right thing. Because of this, having CSR and sustainability initiatives in place help organisations attract and retain the best talent.
There are many ways organisations, big and small, can implement CSR and sustainability practices that are genuine and authentic, without hurting the bottom line. Chances are, there are individuals passionate about various causes already within your organisation. Enabling leadership and employees to do better the environment and the community is great for engagement and company loyalty.
