Leith Mitchell is the Director of Mitchell Services providing Diversity & Inclusion Strategy, Inclusive Leadership Coaching, Strategic Talent Management and Wellness Consulting advice. She is currently studying a Masters of Wellness at RMIT. Leith has led global diversity initiatives across 8 regions for IBM, and major transformational change initiatives as a human capital management project manager during a 16 year career with PricewaterhouseCoopers/ IBM. She is a passionate champion of flexible work practices and has worked 100% flexibly in executive roles. Leith is a member of the Australia Anywhere Working Research Network and an active supporter of several women in leadership organisations. She has also held national and international roles as a speaker, writer and judge.
