Tonia Naylor
Tonia Naylor is a nurse, educator, evaluator and consultant, and committed to all aspects of quality service in health care. Naylor has held lecturing, evaluation and staff development positions at Curtin University and Edith Cowan University, Murdoch University and the TAFE sector. She has been a guest speaker on personnel evaluation in the Masters of Business course and in the Nursing Leadership Course at Curtin University. She has longstanding involvement in Aboriginal and Torres Straight Island education at college and university level and has authored the book: Teaching Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander university students. Naylor established award-winning aged care traineeships and a School of Nursing for the wheatbelt in Western Australia. She has experience in all areas of emergency management in health and was awarded a fellowship by the Office of the Chief Nurse to undertake an international study tour in Hospital Incident Command Systems. Naylor provides consultancy services in personnel and student evaluation, recruitment and retention in health care, safety at work and emergency management.
