People and skills are the two main roadblocks to digital transformation across Asia
Pacific. How are demands shifting in the region and what are employees looking for?

The Asia/Pacific region is diverse with a range of cultures, languages, and business practices. Digital transformation is happening at a different pace across different countries but there are some common patterns across the region. 

Around 61 per cent organisations across the region find transforming their people and processes to new ways of operating is a difficult challenge. The lack of relevant digital skills for newer technologies is seen as a major challenge for over 32 per cent organisations.
