I am a confident and energetic person, educated to Masters level, with strong attention to detail and planning skills. I am knowledgable and passionate about HR, both in theory and in practice, with hands-on experience dealing with the full employment life cycle. I have strong business knowledge, developed through the graduate scheme of an international hospitality company, within the events and management departments. Hard-working with a heavy emphasis on people development within the company's structure. After arriving in Australia, I am excited and passionate about developing my HR career. As part of the HRM Masters course, I gained associate Level from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development ( Assoc CIPD). Due to the mutual recognition of professional membership, as an associate CIPD, it is the full equivalent to a Professional Member of AHRI (MAHRI). In November 2015 I joined the team at Precision Sourcing as the HR & Marketing Manager. the role is extremely exciting as it incorporates the specific skill set I have acquired from previous management roles as well as working closely with a broad range of clients. I have expanded my skill set and now also manage the digital outbound marketing sphere. From designing pages on the website through to heading up marketing campaigns on various social media platforms, I am aiding in the continuous growth of the company and its branding.
