Philip Hind is the Australian Tax Office’s national program manager for Data Standards and E-Commerce (SuperStream). He has the lead responsibility for design and implementation of the data standards and e-commerce program in SuperStream – streamlining the back office processes of the superannuation industry. He has expertise in large-scale systems change, knowledge management, process re-engineering, performance management and risk management.
